Welcome to The Unbuzzed Club (“we,” “our,” “us”). By visiting our website, attending our events, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they outline how our community operates and what you can expect as a participant or member.

1. Overview

The Unbuzzed Club is a community-based organization that hosts intentional, alcohol-free events and offers membership options for individuals who want to connect more deeply.

These terms apply to all event attendees, members, and website users. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued participation means you accept those changes.

2. Memberships

Membership Access:
Members receive access to exclusive events, perks, and discounts as outlined on our membership page.

Billing & Payments:
Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe via the SweatPals platform. The first month for Founding Members is $20, followed by $25/month. Your price is locked for life as long as your membership remains active.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership anytime through your SweatPals account or by contacting us at hello@theunbuzzedclub.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for partial months.

Changes:
We may modify membership perks or benefits periodically to improve your experience. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Events

Public vs. Member-Only:
We host both public events and private member-only experiences. Event details, ticket prices, and access rules are listed on our website or partner platforms.

Code of Conduct:
We are an alcohol-free community. All attendees are expected to arrive and remain sober during events. Anyone under the influence will not be permitted to participate and may be asked to leave without refund.

We value respect, kindness, and inclusion. Harassment or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Event Changes or Cancellations:
If an event is rescheduled or canceled, we’ll notify you by email. Tickets are non-refundable. (see Refund Policy below).

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Membership and event purchases follow our official Refund Policy (linked separately). In general, memberships and event/workshop tickets are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on theunbuzzedclub.com, including logos, images, designs, and written content, is the intellectual property of The Unbuzzed Club. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By attending an event or becoming a member, you acknowledge and accept that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The Unbuzzed Club is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in events or activities.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only to operate memberships, events, and communications.
