The Sauna House Experience
Guests will move through Sauna House’s guided thermal cycle — restorative heat, invigorating cold immersion, and grounding open-space recovery. The atmosphere is social but relaxed. You’re surrounded by others, yet free to settle into your own rhythm.

During the open exploration portion, guests can enjoy:
